These brackets must be removed prior to operation. Failure to remove these brackets will cause serious damage to the Recycler.  To remove the brackets, a 9/16 wrench should be used. Locate the decal indicating the presence of the red bracket, and remove. For safe storage, and to prevent misplacement of the bracket, a storage compartment is located on the inside of the access door on the base of the unit.
