How To: Removing Recycler™ Shipping Brackets

The Sponge-Jet 70 Series Recycler™ has 3 shipping brackets that support the top half of the unit from the base. These brackets must be removed prior to operation. Failure to remove these brackets will cause serious damage to the Recycler. 

To remove the brackets, a 9/16 wrench should be used. Locate the decal indicating the presence of the red bracket, and remove. For safe storage, and to prevent misplacement of the bracket, a storage compartment is located on the inside of the access door on the base of the unit.

At the completion of the project, brackets should be reinstalled to prevent damage to the Recycler during transportation.
