How To: Greasing a Recycler™

All Sponge-Jet 70 Series Recyclers come with standard grease fittings. Recyclers rented from Sponge-Jet, as well as new Recyclers have been greased prior to shipment. Only apply 1-2 pumps of grease for every 200-300 operation hours.

Proper lubrication ensures that the recycler operates smoothly and efficiently. This helps maintain the machine's performance, ensuring consistent recycling of the blasting media and preventing operational hiccups that could lead to downtime.

Over-greasing the Recycler will cause the unit run poorly, especially during start-up in cold weather.
